Extensions, returns, loss and damage
We aim to keep responsibilities clear and fair. The points below describe how we generally approach the end of a rental. The exact terms that apply to you are always set out and agreed before your rental begins.
Extensions
If you need items for longer, contact us before your rental period ends. Extensions are subject to availability and are confirmed in writing, including any additional charges under your agreed terms.
Returns
Items should be returned by the agreed date and in the agreed condition, allowing for reasonable wear from normal use. Return timing, method and any collection arrangements are agreed in advance as part of your rental terms.
Loss or damage
Responsibility for loss or damage beyond reasonable wear is set out in your agreed rental terms. Any charges that may apply are explained up front so there are no surprises. We do not claim that damage protection or insurance is included unless this is confirmed to you in writing.
